For whatever it's worth, John Campea claiming to have spoken to insiders at LF saying that Mando S3 is by far their best yet.

Exciting.

I think Andor is aimed at adults, but I think it CAN be watched by kids. Just curious, has your SW fan seen it?

Kind of curious how it plays with kids honestly.

Speaking of Tales, I do plan on checking that out at some point.

I wouldn't let her watch Andor. The adult themes are too intense for a 10 year old, and I'm 99% sure Aunt Petunia is going to suicide bomb hat Imp Hotel pretty soon.

She's only watched the first 20 minutes of Rogue One (to see Jyn as a kid) and the Vader/Leia parts at the end. I don't think it's too intense, it's just not that exciting for her.

She also cried for 15 minutes during part of Tales of the Jedi because of choices made by one of her favorite characters. That's hard enough to explain for now.

Is TALES ok for a 9 and 6 year old?

My 7 year old son watched them all.

Sure, but very different shows. The whole family's not watching Andor, which is a strength in many ways, but not others. Mando is a whole family show, and there's always a place for that in SW.

I can't believe more people aren't blown away by how brilliant Tales of the Jedi was. I guess animation still suffers against "real".

Add another to the growing list of GoT alumni on Star Wars.

The Acolyte will be very interesting because it's the farthest flung of any mainstream Star Wars presentations. The Jedi of the High Republic era are VERY different than the Jedi most know. They are at the absolute height of their power, are not directly associated with the Senate (though that has probably changed somewhat by the time we get to this series). They're more worldly.

Should be fun to see how they treat it.

How far before the prequels is the high republic, and do we know the time frame for the acolyte? I'm just trying to figure out if this is before the belief that the Sith are extinct

Squid game winner and Trinity, sounds fun.

I just hope they take a book out of Andor and make it riveting.
