Short version is that it confirms that Disney bought story outlines from Lucas, who was then surprised when they were largely ignored by Kennedy and JJ, and Lucas was disappointed by the scripts they came up with.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, but I'll be first in line for the deep-dive book on the behind-the-scenes development of the sequel trilogy, especially that 2012-2015 time period covering the development of TFA. I find the development, mishaps, and what-could-have-beens more interesting that the sequel trilogy itself...
