I'm confused. I thought reservations were only allowed for the opening panels on the main stage All others are first come first served. Am I missing something?

The main stage panels are the only ones with a lottery.

For virtual reservations, those are for anything in the Twin Suns or Galaxy stages. (You can reserve 1 panel per day.)

is that outside of the security area? I'm honestly surprised the TSA would let them carry around even obviously fake guns.

(random memory) Then again, almost all the guns in the OT were actual de-milled WWII era small arms. The props guys had them firing blanks in some cases to add realism (recoil and some gun powder). At the end of ESB you can clearly see shell casings ejecting out of the blasters both Lando and Leia are firing. Always thought that was cool.

Well bad news is if you haven't signed up for it, you are SOL.

The major costuming groups (501st, Mandalorians, Rebel Legion, etc) have rented out the ENTIRE Field Museum tomorrow night.

Open bar, live band, stormtroopers, slave girls, dinosaur bones, bounty hunters....

I'm not a member of any of those groups, but man, the people watching should be epic.

I'll post some pics afterwards.
