As celebrity tributes go, the tributes for Dolly have to be the most wide ranging that I can ever remember. Country stars, rock stars, hip hop stars, actors, wrestlers, corporate leaders, politicians on both sides, Rolling Stone, BET, MLB, NASA, National Geographic, the Empire State building, Reunion Tower in Dallas, Willis Tower in Chicago all paying tributes to her. Incredible

Oh man, Tim was a great actor. Really enjoyed all the different movies he was in.


I was in the room here one day... watchin' the Mexican channel on TV. I don't know nothin' about Pele. I'm watchin' what this guy can do with a ball and his feet. Next thing I know, he jumps in the air and flips into a somersault and kicks the ball in - upside down and backwards... the dang (sc) goalie never knew what the hell hit him. Pele gets excited and he rips off his jersey and starts running around the stadium waving it around his head. Everybody's screaming in Spanish. I'

One of Curry's finest performances:



Always reminds me of the time when my son was three and I decided to show him the opening scene of It. In the delightful way that young children have, this provoked many insightful questions, such as "How did the clown get in the sewer?"; "Why did the clown give the boy.a boat?"; and "If the clown gave the boy a boat in order to eat his arm, why then did he not eat the whole boy?"

He then requested a Pennywise the Dancing Clown costume for Halloween.

Later on he developed a crippling fear of clowns.
