My top three are Pay No Rent, A Tornado Warning, and The Housefire in that order. Pay No Rent ranks as one of my all time favorite songs of any genre.

As said above, it took me a bit of listening to get there. Wasn't really a fan, saw them live, still not a fan, then they kept coming up on my pandora station and it kinda snowballed from there. They are at least 25% of what I've listened to for the past several months. Hopefully they'll be back.

I've been listening to their stuff for years, but that video is horrible crap. I was embarrassed for the fiddle player who has a lot of talent, when they were doing the Towboat song, and he couldn't even grace them with his presence at the mic. That's a sad state of affairs to be in, at so young an age.

I hope the guy cleans it up, but either way, he probably won't get any of my money in the future at risking a live show ticket price.

Any update on these guys, specifically Felker? Saw that the fiddle guy did a solo project, but that is about the only news.

Ryan Engleman, the guitarist, is playing with Reckless Kelly now

There was an article that came out in May showing him working on a ranch in Oak Island, TX. Appears to be healthy for the time being!

I don't have one. At this time my Americana songs would fit under the aforementioned playlist. As my bandwidth grows in this category, I'll eventually make a list for that genre.

Is it wrong that I have Casey Donahue in the rotation. Those redneck songs crack me up. I can almost put a face from my hometown on every character.

I like Casey Donahue, but they are definitely redneck and i can only listen in smaller and smaller doses the older i get

Yup! I do like that song, but enjoy others way more!

February Snow and Honeywine are my favorites of theirs. First heard of them when they opened for Turnpike a few years ago at a concert Wolf Pen Creek.

flatland is pretty damn good. but between covid and the fact no one ever comes to the coast means i haven't seen them live before.
