Inpatient hospice nurse. I enjoy it but getting tired of the ever changing policies & crazy people. But the money isn't bad & I only work 3 days a week. I love my coworkers & the doctors I work with. Get to meet some amazing people but also some real *******s.

Nobody is irreplaceable, but you can make them feel like their contributions are appreciated and you value their work. It's much better than the other side of the coin where you treat them as a necessary expense. I've worked in both, and am 100% certain that the quality of work put out by the employees and the best contribution per dollar for the company is with the one that treats its employees right. I don't dread going into work each morning and I don't feel like any mistake will cost me my job. Because of that, I work harder and am open to accepting challenging projects that are presented.

Accountant for HEB. To say I hate it would be extreme, but I don't like it. It pays the bills and the hours are good 90% of the time. Undergrad in Accounting and masters in Information Systems. Trying to figure out how to make a career change without taking a paycut.

Love it!

I do whatever it takes to get the stuff we make from our facility to the customer.

My job is effectively to be good at excel and come up with innovative ways to fix other people's mistakes and deal with deviations from plan.


I don't really like it.

Trust fund heir. It's very meh most of the time. I get my jollies by being able to pay off the contract of a certain football coach, easily, and not even missing the money. Best part is reading internet posts of how I should, and how pissed off everyone gets that I won't. Right now is kinda my down time, but the past 3 Novembers and Decembers have been great!

It's an ok job if you can get it, but you kinda have to be born into it.

Assistant Regional Manager. I like running the office but I have a co-worker that is kinda a pain. He never stops with the pranks.
