Not for curling, for other lifts. I can't come close to curling 90's.

I tried doing shoulder and bench with the barbell last weekend and my shoulders just won't let me anymore.

I never said it didn't have side effects, I directly experienced two of them (lethargy and liver stress).

Also, the loss in muscle only happens with some people. I did not experience this loss at all. Of course just like with every drug, some people experience more side effects than others.

I did exactly the searches above and found conflicting information everywhere. I did find the below published journal article that indicates it was highly potent.
