I honestly look like a weight about 185, 190. So if you saw me, you wouldn't think...Oh sheet, eat a sammich.

I'm only 6' and 145 lbs but I can bench 305. I just know how to lift weights correctly. It's 70% psychological, 20% form, and only 10% strength. My mind is my strongest muscle, which really just makes me strong all around.

My mind is my strongest muscle, which really just makes me strong all around.....They are so shocked that I can be that strong that they have to see for themselves. Let me tell you, it really turns them on. They understand what a strong mind I must have to be able to lift that much weight and girls are attracted to a powerful brain.

Mind muscle connection is a real phenomenon that some people have more developed than others.
It is the mind and body's ability to recruit more muscle fibers for a task than someone else with a lower mind-muscle connection may have.
AgAllStar's claims are likely legitimate if he has worked hard developing his mind muscle connection to recruit all the extra fibers to push out large amounts of weight. Controlling your central nervous system so well is rare but it definitely can be done.

Looks like I'm gonna need some kinesiology majors to help back me up on how the mind is the source behind all around body strength
