Anyone want to play a game?

3 Clues to figure out what City in the World the poster is describing, and then TexAgs posters guess till they get it. Whoever is the 1st to get it is named the winner by the OP, then that winning poster gives 3 clues to a different city, etc etc until we all get bored.

Anyone interested?

Rules:

1) When you are "guessing" the city, you MAY NOT use google, wikipedia or any other online reference or search site. It must be strictly from memory/knowledge. (If you are POSTING the city clues, you may use google/wiki to aide you with clues to give)

2) City must be OUTSIDE the US

3) City must have a population of AT LEAST 100,000

4) Only one guess per poster per set of clues. If no one gets the city with the 1st 3 clues, and another clue is given, everyone is then allowed another guess.

OK, First set of Clues:

- City was almost completely destroyed by an earthquake in 1940.

- City is the industrial and financial center of the country in which it resides.

- One can enjoy much of the city's achitectural history, such as the Torre Tagle Palace and the Monestary of San Francisco.
