I cried reading this thread at work today. So damn proud to be a member of the Aggie family. It's an absolute honor to be a small part of this endeavor. Thanks to those who are leading the effort.

Thank you TexAgs staff! We received a donation from the teacher who took Shannon's place at school and said she is a fighter regardless of options remaining!

That Spirit must stem partially from being an Ag!

I was reminded that it was Friday the 13th in Conroe by having a flat tire and the spare tire wouldn't release. End up with AAA who also couldn't get it released, so it gets towed, a good friend handed me the keys to his Jeep and said go take care of Shannon!

Frankly that made it a great end to an amazing day. But now it is GAMEDAY, I've arrived at my parents home here in CS and am typing on their archaic pc.

I believe the total now comes to $11,600 so $12k is going to happen.

If anyone is going to go to the tailgate then we need a sign with "Welcome Shannon!" located on the corner of Tom Chandler and Olsen that media and others will be able to locate the tailgate. They are close to that corner but a little off of it.

They say the two best identifying things are two beer pong tables (forgive them for they know not what they do) one is painted like Kyle Field and the other like the Reed arena floor.

I may not be in CS but I am so excited to watch the coverage of this, and it somehow makes me feel like I AM there!
