It might be better if we don't pass the Preds . We do not match up well with Calgary ..... as crazy as it sounds I think we match up against the Avs VERY well. We also have history and the psychological edge against them .
Miro needs more opportunities in the shootout ( next year ) . His skating is world class and goalies don't realize how fast he is coming at them . Add to that he has soft hands and is so smooth ..... definitely one of our top 5 best.

I follow the Avs closely, I think the team with the psychological edge vs them is Vegas. The crowd cheered last night when the announcement was made that the stars had beat Vegas. The last time stars beat the Avs it went to 7 and the Avs were playing their 3rd string goalie.
What a great atmosphere last night. It was definitely playoff-esque, but can't wait for it to be an actual playoff game. The AAC will be bonkers.
Hopefully the boys can make it official tonight. Calgary or Colorado, I'm pumped for us to be back in the playoffs and to see what this team can do.

After the intensity of last night, I'm afraid the Stars are going to not show up tonight emotionally. Wedgewood is going to have to be strong.

Klingberg seems to have some of his mojo back. It gives me ulcers watching him dangle on the blue line but it's good to see him feeling it right now. Can't wait for stars playoff hockey. There's nothing better.
