Must have happened coming out of the last turn or final stretch. I rewound the race and never saw anything, and she was in the camera view for about 90% of it.

WTF. That is ridiculous. Jewett did pass him and then moved down inside, so I guess that are saying he didn't leave enough room. But to me it just looks like he completed that move just fine with plenty of room and then Amos ran up on him.
