Amazing note from last night. Sean Burrell set U20 world record in 400h in 47.85. It's only the 7th time he's ever run the event. The first was 2 months ago. He PRed all 7 times. In high school he ran 100, 200, 400 and 110 hurdles. Never ran intermediate hurdles.

After his interview he gained a fan! I loved how unselfish he was! Most guys in that situation would have transferred or fought with the coach but he wanted to do what was best for his team and possibly himself, and man did he make the best decision of his life possibly
