There is no way we hire another person with zero head coach experience if Earley flames out.

If he takes a step forward such as winning a regional after having so much to replace this next year, it would be a very big positive. Let's see what happens.

I do agree, it's more likely that we take a step back than it is we end up in Omaha because of the talent we are losing on offense. Hopefully the pitching improves enough to offset that though.
