Or he's been promised this one if things go poorly. So if we make it to Omaha next year, everyone is happy and he proves himself yet again and take any job he wants. We don't go to Omaha and then he gets the best job in the country.
There is no way we hire another person with zero head coach experience if Earley flames out.
