Having spent most of the time watching offense in the previous Texas A&M football practice, focusing on the defense seemed appropriate during Wednesday morning’s session.

It’s well-known A&M’s defensive backs managed only one interception last season. Estimates are that the Aggies DBs dropped nine potential picks.

The Aggies are quite aware of that stat. Securing interceptions was stressed during multiple defensive back drills.
