Embarrassing. It'll be interesting to see the decline in donations. Tough to stomach fruitless donations.

Trev keeps Joni Taylor and Early.
We now know what we have as an AD.
He doesn't give a damn about winning.
He's only concerned with the cost of buyouts.

Going to be even worse seeing the players who hired him leave for a serious program about baseball
But nothing would surprise me at this point.
If Kiel, Sorrell, and GG don't stay, we're so effed.
I'm not worried about any of those 3 leaving.nothingbutlove said:Oh geez, I hope not.AgDad121619 said:

If this is true then we should just turn Olsen into an intramurals park and turn out the lights on the program.dabo man said:

The one thing that Earley has done to date is recruit. He's got plenty he needs to wear, but that's not one of them so far.SA-AG72 said:nothingbutlove said:Oh geez, I hope not.AgDad121619 said:

And we don't have a Bucky type coach to recruit players.

honestly doubt he cares - we are paying him like football coach and he has a guaranteed contract.kevmiller said:
This is the kind of decision that if it doesn't work out gets you fired as AD
. Agreed he's got a good to great HS class. Needs to hit the portal. Maybe that's where they are going to spend money and get new assistants to resurrect hitting and defense.Sean98 said:The one thing that Earley has done to date is recruit. I could've gone either way on the decision… Now that it's him, I'm choosing to look at it optimistically and think that it's gonna work out

Schloss continues to go in dry on the Aggie athletic department leadership. I've never seen such an impressive ownership of an entity at that level. We have totally given up.

Schloss did some despicable things. But frankly, I respect that the man is actually skilled at his job and desires to win. (That's not a shot at Earley. That's a shot at Trev who does not care enough to make the tough decisions. We have a penny counter as an AD, and that AD also guaranteed Earleys contract when Earley had NO leverage.)
A bunch. There's 25 teams in this tourney that are full of players that wish they were in the ACC/SEC. Lots of these guys can hit (as I type this a Wright State hitter takes Vandy yard).SA-AG72 said:Sean98 said:The one thing that Earley has done to date is recruit. But he has this season hung around his neck. What player wants to board the titanic.

It might get pretty ugly at games next year in the stands. I know we have some great fans but they going to be feisty.
There's no support comments on that tweet for Earley.
Well there was someone that was at Olsen field during the Mizzou series stating the parents had some interesting comments about the coach.

At least 40 of the coaches that have games this weekend would be an upgrade. You dont think we could get any of them?
I believe Kendall when he says we were reaching out to guys. So, apparently, Trev thought no one worth the cost was interested. Maybe that says something about the job, but it almost certainly says more about Trev. When nobody wants to work for you, maybe you are the problem. I don't think it was the job itself turning off prospects.dabo man said:
