I love people that use hypotheticals as though they're fact. And paint the entire board with one brush. Awesome, factual argument there.
This board is loaded with posters who complain each and every game thread that:
1) The umpire is bad
<AND>
2) The umpire is biased against us
It isn't a person here or there. Every game thread is loaded with these posts.
Once we have roboumps, the people who program them are going to be biased against the Ags and that will be the problem.

You might need to check the definition of the word "fact" before you come here posting that.Sharpshooter said:Fact.dabo man said:Quote:

perfect inside pitch there damn
This board would explode if one of our pitchers made that pitch and it was a ball. It was a great pitch.
It is as logical as yelling and screaming that it was a ball. The ball moved back over the plate at the end and Gavin flinched. We just like to complain. It was a strike.
The strike zone is defined. That ball was not in it.
I'm happy to get the Track Man data on it tomorrow lol
Scorecard says otherwise.
If it isn't a strike, why are we whining when it is called a ball this inning? We should be glad the ump is getting it right now.
Dang. You went from "it was a strike" to "ump called it a strike" to "people are mad he called it a ball this inning" to "you care too much" in the span of about 4 posts. Awesome.12th Man Ag said:Aggies2009 said:People are mad at the inconsistency and still referencing that he got it wrong last inning. Yup, that's it. Just dense. You seem to care a lot though. LOL!

Broadcast can't bring themselves to praise that catch, instead just call it good offense.
For sure. We need Monty and Jace to get it going NOW, though.Randy Rhodes said:
Damn it's hard to sweep an SEC team, but we can still do it
To be fair I think college Umps are trash in general. I don't think they are biased, I just don't think they are good at what they do.dabo man said:Quote:

It is every baseball fan's duty to gripe about the ump. It just is what it is. People who get bent about people griping about the zone are just as bad. This is not a discussion/argument that needs to bleed on every game thread. It is tedious and boring. Stop it
Um. You literally called a hypothetical scenario a fact. I don't care what "audience" you're talking about, that's incorrect.Sharpshooter said:Na.
