The catcher has been fumbling the ball every time we go this season. It was to try and throw off the catcher. He just got a little too far off and the catcher made a good play.

Take it up with our offensive coach who has seen us execute multiple steals and double steals which led to several extra RBIs this weekend. You live by it, you die by it.

My point is the goal is to get to 2nd. In your best case scenario, where it works, the bases are always 90 ft away. So either BMont has to break hard for 2nd or return to 1st, where the latter accomplishes nothing and in this case got us an out.

Since we have been stealing bases all weekend, just attempt to steal 2nd and make him beat you with the long throw.

I'm going with Montgomery. Statistically at the plate he's on pace to have one of if not the best single season ever at A&M
