Having said that, it would take some really radical changes to achieve Schloss's aim of having 10,000+ at games in the current location. Even if you were to replace the berms AND extend the upper deck down the lines, your net gain of seating isn't that great because replacing berms with seating shrinks capacity.

What would it take to get it moved over there? Besides money I know that, but what about no buildings in that area?

I personally don't think moving the stadium is something that should be considered. Really like having the majority of our athletic complex over there together.

Olsen held 7k before the renovation right? If you didn't want to drastically move Olsen you could get rid of the parking lot in front of it, move it back and get rid of the park next to Olsen and make that the entrance area. That would give you room to extend the upper deck, add more suites and clubs and build berms or a party deck in the outfield and still be able to see the train.
Nothing is going to happen until Schloss gets his **** together and start recruiting guys in to win like we were told……
