Heck, as a certified Old Fart, I'm happy seeing other sports developing their own Game Day Traditions. So many of the football yells and traditions don't really work for other sports.

Lawrence Welk was always playing when I was a kid on the television on like Sunday nights or something. I've seen some of them in reruns now and then and they really are pretty goofy but they were fun. Actually still run them sometimes I believe on PBS.

Sorry, farmer! I'll be part of the problem and the bubble solution. Just bought our fish and painted it maroon. Looking forward to using it this weekend!

We've been doing the bubbles the last two years, but we don't run our bubble gun excessively and always try to be aware of those around us, especially if it's a little windy. Sorry your neighbors aren't. Hopefully, they'll respect a request to point a different direction and rein it in some.

As far as I'm concerned, bubble blowing is the same as the high school tradition at tech of throwing tacos. Due it twice and it becomes a tradition by grown men and boys. Just really cute.

The only thing more exciting than bubbles is handing your bubble gun to the kid sitting next to you in awe of such a thing. The Ags scoring is fun enough, but the huge grin on that kid's face when you share the bubbles is priceless.
