It's not knee-jerk reaction, it's a continuation of terrible ABs and approach at the plate and RCs approach to the O side of the game. We are not good at getting hits with RISP, advancing runners, and trying to play small ball to get a run across the plate or chip away at a deficit.

Vs Cal and frog, forget RISP or even a hit, we can't even get a F'ing sac fly with a guy on 3rd and less than 2 outs. It's beyond pathetic. Those two ABs we havd with a runner on 3rd and 1 out encapsulate RCs tenure here very well. He is a good pitching coach and that's it. You shouldn't have to win college baseball games with 2 or 3 runs.


What does RC have to do with that at bat?

Lol, you've just been dying for an opportunity to get someone with that huh? Well that's news to me, but I assure you. If you move a runner over on a bunt and are out, you get credited with a sac.
