And I noticed the same thing in BYU-Arizona. SEC officiating is just so miserably bad.

Maybe a little home cooking, but Nebrasky started to get a little tired toward the end and started fouling rather than defending.

Officiating wasn't awful. Maybe some slight home cooking. Nebraska lost because 2 of their top 6 players were out. If Nebraska has their normal roster they win that game by 5-10, in my opinion.

I think a lot of Big Ten teams play a type of basketball that's much easier to officiate than the physical SEC teams. A lot of space and shoot teams in that league and not as many downhill driving teams. Only Big Ten team like that is really Michigan State.

Those fans would go full meltdown if they played that style but it honestly makes sense to try it out.

Said it earlier this season, but I've never seen a Kentucky team like this one where offense is so hard to watch. 7-30 with 2-11 behind the arc.

They have good players they just don't have complimentary skills in the way Pope likes to play. It's like trying to run an air raid with players recruited for a triple option or something.

I don't know if it was bad scouting or what.

That roster is loaded. Problem seems to be the scouting part of it. What Pope is running at UK is not what you would see when he was at BYU. Thats because he doesn't have the personnel to truly run what he wants. That comes back to fall on him

They ran it okay last year which is what's so strange about it. I dunno maybe they find it because they do have good stretches but man it's just absolutely brutal sometimes.
