I'm a big lakers fan but moreso now that Caruso is an impactful player. Got tickets to see them play this Monday against the Spurs. Going to wear some Aggie gear. Hopefully I can get signature during shoot around

I'll root for Caruso but not the Lakers....


Same here; I grew up in So-Cal and while a Lakers fan then, I cant stand the NBA now...In this case, I'll root for Alex regardless of who the Lakers are playing and that includes the Rockets.

I am loving this NBA season thanks to Alex.

But I'm disappointed in the LA metro area if the best they can do for a handle is "Caru-show." What's the point of having that many weirdos in one place if they can't be clever when it counts?

You know you've made it in basketball when Shaq, Chuck and Kenny give you props and multiple mentions throughout an "Inside the NBA" episode!

It mostly involved comparing Caruso's looks to Co-host Ernie Johnson...they further appealed to Caruso saying "It's time to come home" (joining them in shaving his head)

Funny stuff!

Last night vs. Timberwolves, Rondo out with sore hamstring and Avery Bradley still out, Caruso got 30 minutes on the court (second most minutes of any Lakers player). Played really well: 16 points (season high), 4 assists, and 4 rebounds in a 142-125 win. Anthony Davis scored 50. Lakers with best record in the NBA right now (21-3).

He had been dealing with a tight calf muscle and had played little or not at all last couple of games. But bounced back with that really nice game vs Pelicans last night.

I haven't watched any Lakers games except a snippet from with the Mavs (I have time for about a third of their games.) Fantastic to see him on the floor.

The economics of the current system favors journeymen players like Caruso that can hold a roster spot and contribute without excess cap hits. I'm glad he is getting to earn his ride and not just ride the pine...umm...the folding chair...

He's Rambis' mini-me...
