I give him somewhere between B- and B

I think it was pretty unrealistic to expect to be as good as we were.

We lost Acie Law. I think that has proven to be the biggest factor.

I believe that with our two players from Florida we will return to what we were last year (especially if Jordan stays)

I'd say a B or B-. It's difficult to win after losing your biggest star, leader and PG. Plus, we have a good recruiting class and a 20+ win season.

B - 22 wins, but fading at the end. The team he inherited was an above average team propped up by Acie, and no one stepped up to fill that role this season.

There is no way he can get a B with the number of blowouts, plus the losses at home to OSU & Nebraska. C to C-. We had too many patsy non con home games to prop up the 22 wins as well. As many have mentioned, the biggest disappointment was how we played the last half of the the Big 12 season.

Would have been better if he didn't try to fix an unbroken offense, just imho (yes, we were highly rated in offensive efficiency last couple of years) - square peg syndrome.

I thought we lacked defensive intensity in too many games this year. Way too inconsistant.

Offensively, we are less than the sum of our parts. Too many clueless possessions.

Quite frankly, I didn't think we improved at all this year. That is the most dissapointing thing to me. As well as the 4 Big XII home losses.

Absolutely not. Team gets a C-. Should really be a D for just absolutely quitting in a few games and for letting Baylor take us to 5 OTs and win with most of their starters fouled out before the regular period was done, but I'll bump it up for showing some stones in other games.
