Found yellow bird jalapeo, Serrano, and habanero at the Walmart neighborhood grocery in Allen.
Not a fan of the jalapeo (too sweet). Habanero is good, Serrano in between. I wish they didn't have any sugar. Like my pickles, I want vinegar, salt, and spice (and heat for sauce).
Some Wal-Marts have Yellowbird. Also, I always see it at Buc-ee's if you have one close to you.TX_AG_10 said:
I looked for yellow bird at HEB and didn't see it. Will try Walmart or the neighborhood Walmart closest to me!
They sell it at REI in Salt Lake City of all places. I'm sure they have it somewhere near year. I love yellowbird habanero and serrano.TX_AG_10 said:

I finally got around to trying the Humble House Habanero and Aji Amarillo and it's really tasty. It's not very hot and it's a little on the sweet side, but it's f'ing delicious. I tried it on some pizza, but it would probably also taste just fine on ice cream. This one might be my favorite of the Humble House sauces.

HEB currently has $2.50 off coupons for Humble House. Not sure if there is a limit, but I got two bottles and used two coupons without a problem.

But this tastes really good. I mean, there's pain and burning, and sweating (and possible diarrhea later on), but the flavor profile is really, really good. I'm proud of this one.
