I haven't mentioned Inwood in a while, but we had an event Saturday that was very cool. An anthology tasting of our wines back to the 2003 vintage. It allowed the winemaking and stylistic progression of Inwood to be shown very clearly. We only allowed 25 members, and it was full in under an hour after the email went out. We may do it again since the demand was so high. -- Cecil

All of the older wines were "quaffable" to quote Miles on "Sideways". Many were very good and a couple just outstanding. The consistent progression and improvement was also evident. To the point we are today where our top wines are as good as any, anywhere at similar prices. I understand that some of you have a difficult time believing it, but the French had the same problem with Napa 50 years ago!
