TW off 67 in Cedar Hill (Dallas) has a Cowboy Bourbon on the shelf for $259.99. Also has several bottles of the WT 70th anniversary.
Local store has the 2024 Four Roses Limited Edition for $240, worth the buy?

We had a blind tasting last night with the goal of identifying over, under, or 100 proof even. It was fun inti she pulled out the Dickle Tabasco. It was offensively sweet and then had lingering capsaicin. Maybe the worst I've tasted. New Riff SiB was the overall favorite with Yellowstone Toasted being another liked one.

That's an impressive room.
starting with the Heart Release, which i figured was fitting given my blood pressure right now.
We really enjoyed trying Buzzards Roost last fall (we attend an expo in Louisville every other year). I couldn't help but bring home a bottle of their French Oak. I'm really looking forward to seeing what they have next year; hopefully some version of that cigar.
I havent had one of their offerings that I didn't like. Drinking their Barrel Proof right now
Hmmm…. Time to pull out the barrel proof bourbon
