Edit: okay I have no idea where I got this recommendation from but it seems like every review I see is based on their sourced version and not their in-house distilled version. I guess I'll see for myself.


I'm really digging this.

I read one review that mentions how it has an iced tea note.

And I can definitely taste it. Very good.

Edit: and it doesn't have that dark fruit note that I absolutely love. Almost no fruit or sweetness at all. Just an herbal easiness I guess.

Just want to reiterate that the 4R pick is freaking amazing. Really grateful for the folks who made the pick, organized, muled, etc. This ranks up there with some of my favorite pours, and I've had some stellar pours. Absolute steal for what we paid. Can't compliment y'all enough.

Haven't tried it or heard of the company but it is cheap enough to take a chance on it. Mashbill is interesting.

Certainly seems to be a better value than the $90 <2 year old single malt they have listed below it.
