Just had my first pour. The best attribute is in its finish. Refined, and the Oak and vanilla linger a little. A smooth 104 proof. It's nice. Going back for another.

It's probably not a fair comp because Pipe Dream is a $35 bottle and Penelope Arch was $55. But the PA is superior in every way. I give Pipe Dream an advantage on spice if that's important to you, but for me, Penelope is absolutely a step or two above.
