Actually just left Community about an hour and an half ago. My wife was going to get Recreational Grade Haze but I convinced her to get something new. We had Kush IINEIPA, Hausbier Bav Pils and the 11th anniversary Hazy which I liked best. Left there and swung by Outfit Brewery and had the Czech Pils which was really good and their session hazy which was meh.
Nice! My choices were limited at Kroger, so it was either this or some Houston Haze left over from before I left in May!

I didn't realize until we went to Jamaica several years ago that there were fruited varieties of Red Stripe. Think I had lemon and sorrel. That brewery makes a stout too.

This is more about the koozue than the beer (although the beer is great). I've wanted one of these for a while but couldn't justify the expense. My wife and kids snagged one for me in the ski shop today.

Had a bunch of these today at various spots around Atlanta. The best was on draft at a restaurant near downtown that had the perfect amount of carbonation. The cans weren't bad though.
Drank the Jamaican version of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (International) at the airport yesterday morning. Definitely has more bitterness and black coffee that the Extra Stout we get in the U.S.. Second one is my homebrew Dry Irish Stout on nitro. Happy St Patrick's Day TexAgs beer nerds.

Getting ready to donate some beer money
Allright gents... it's that most magical time of the year... Texags Beer Thread March Madness Contest.
Below are the rules/guidelines for this years contest:
1. We'll be changing things up this year. All "entry fees" will be sent to me. This will be $30 sent via Venmo. My venmo is: @jacobbocce72. LEAVE YOUR TEXAGS USERNAME IN THE COMMENTS SO I KNOW YOU ARE PAID UP! If you are new, I promise I won't steal your money. I've got quite a few people who can vouch for me. Make sure you send friends and family so it doesn't take a fee... last 4 digits of my phone number are 4101 if it asks for it.
2. We will do a 1st and 2nd place this year. 1st place receives 90% of the pot. 50% of that is guaranteed beer selected by me (obviously the winner will have lots of say). The other 50% can be in beer as well or in cold hard cash. 2nd place will receive the remaining 10% of the pot in only beer selected by me. Odds are it will be very New Glarus heavy.
3. No vouching necessary this year since you are just giving me money. There is no beer to send on your end.
4. Keep in mind that if you win you will not receive your box from me until early July. I've got a trip scheduled in late June to Madison and I'll be doing a lot of buying then.

Go to the Texags March Madness Group on ESPN (password is gigem) and submit your bracket. Please make sure that your texags username is the name of your bracket so I can track you. I will be entering a bracket, but just for bragging rights...
ALL BRACKETS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE FIRST GAME THURSDAY! ALL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE FIRST GAME THURSDAY. If I get one and not other, you are out. I will refund your $30 if you happen to pay and don't submit a bracket in time.

Just a heads up that $30 is way more of a bargain than buying, packing, and shipping beer. You're basically losing money if you don't participate.
