A buddy and I are making a run to the tine for Roegels and beer on Sunday. Gonna hit up Spindletap, Ingenius and B52 for some fans to go. Is there another brewery we should check out for cans to go?

Carlsbad is a great beer location, as you can get down to San Diego easy enough, but many of the breweries in the area are actually in North County, so you are right in the middle of everything.

When Burgeon opened it became a regular happy hour spot for me, as it was only a mile from my house. From the start they seemed very well-funded, but they put out a lot of great beers. Looks like they are opening a second tasting room, so things are looking good for them.

MBC is your ticket then. I like a good, uneccesary road trip, so even though I'm currently 9 hours one way from there, I'm itching to make the drive again. As soon as the rona restrictions die down some more and I can get a weekend off work I'll be making a run to stock up on Lawsons and Alchemist. Maybe next month.

No pool because I couldn't convince the wife to buy a house with one, so kitchen island beers will have to suffice. First beer since breaking my hip in a bike wreck a couple of weeks ago.
