Great afternoon beer. One of my favorite sour RRBC beers. Subtle in complexity compared to some of the others, but lots of flavor and a great balance.

Also found me a local beer bar tonight that had a couple SARA beers on tap, sour already kicked but the NE IPA & table beers were pretty good. First time I've had SARA, didn't realize they distributed.

Stopped at Saint Arnold on the way back in to town for the Pumpkinator party. Picked up the glass and tried the Basicnator. Beer was good, the event could have gone a little more smoothly but all's well that ends well.

I can't go through this whole thread to see if they've been mentioned already but:

Four Corners Brewing in Dallas is top notch. Certainly worth a stop if you are close.

They have a Christmas ale on tap that is phenomenal. It's basically the beer every other Christmas beer wishes it could be.

What is there to do around the Dallas Arboretum? My wife has asked that I drive her and our daughter up there for a trip with her Girl Scout troop. I may just end up going to to the arboretum too, but if there is a cool brewery or bottle shop or something else fun to do, I'd like to have options.

On Rotation is in the shops just south of the lake, maybe 5 minutes from the Arboretum. Has some ok house beers and a good, well, rotation I guess. Cane Rosso right there has good pizza and beers too. None of the breweries in Deep Ellum another 10 minutes away really blow my skirt up.

The Arboretum is actually pretty cool. They go big for fall too. It's a Peanuts theme this year.
