I definitely wouldn't serve yourself unless you're already airborne to remove risk of being removed from plane. But, assuming you have something that isn't for sale on plane, personally I'd probably ask flight attendant if they could take my beer to their station, open it, and pour me a glass.. asking if I could keep the rest of the bottle of courseAggieOO said:
