Fine beer I picked up in Carpinteria. Reminds me of JK - Wytchmaker.

Now, looking forward to visiting the brewery in Obispo.

This answers to this have been great so far.

For a serious answer, I think it's one of the best batches yet. Not sure what it is but sometimes I'm slightly underwhelmed with the fruiteds on draft when I'm there but the bottles are great. Not this time. Had a few glasses while I was in line and damn... incredibly good and much better than last years.

Wonder if they will do another one-off again. ShAtrial was stupid good and is in the running for my favorite beer of all time.

Very. But still very balanced.

So what's the deal for football? Are we doing UCLA? I know BSD will be there and NColorado and I are making a trade that game.

Watching the news last night in Denver, they were gasping/complaining how we've had something like 12 consecutive days of 90 degree weather, and the record is like 24 consecutive days, back in 2012. Kinda made me laugh. I'm like, 90 degrees in this dry weather in the shade feels great. Then it's 70 by 8pm and 60 after sunset! These people really don't know what hot is.

2012 is the summer I moved here, and the weekend we moved, it was 100 degrees. We just hit 100 for the first time since then last week or so.

We went to the Colorado Brewer's Festival in Ft. Collins that summer. It was hot as hell for this Texan. Everything was on fire too.

We vacationed in Taos this summer when they had a freak heat wave. Hottest temps in like 12 years or something. Hit 97 - 98 during the day and was still down right pleasant. Low 50's at night and we opened up the windows...
