Yeah, around there. Had a 4/30/13 "best after" date. Think deschutes usually puts those at a year after brew date for stuff they recommend aging.

Anyone have an extra Cascade Kriek or know of where to find one in Houston? I went off and left one in Portland, and apparently that was my wife's favorite one. I looked at Specs online, and they list strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry.

Chances are low as ive got a morning flight out, but I'll see if I can find one before heading out of town.

Tried stores in 2 different terminals at the airport. Plenty of Cascade but no Kriek, sorry.

schmaltz 16 funky jewbelation is down right awesome. look forward to it every year and it just gets better. a blend of 7 of their existing beers soured and aged in bourbon and rye barrels. can't recommend it enough, and only around $12

Just got back from Raleigh, where I had a Anderson Valley Wild Turkey Stout, a RJ Rocker Son of a Peach, both of which were great. The wife loved Founders Nitro Rubaeus, though it was a bit too much raspberry for my taste.

So many great beers there that I didn't get to try. The hotel I stayed at was right next to YardHouse, with their 140 taps, and a World of Beer. My only regret is they ran out of Founders KBS on tap right before I got there.

I did bring home six beers to try, plus a Tart of Darkness I plan on giving to my mentee at work. He's graduating in a couple of months so I figure it's a decent going away present.

I found I really liked Alt-eration from Hops&Grain brewery in Austin. Also a big fan of their Zoe. Lots of flavor, low enough ABV to drink while making BBQ most of the day.

Any similar recommendations I could easily find at specs or HEB to try?

Try Karbach Staycation or Victory Summer Love.

When I bought it about 6-9 months ago, it was $12. Bottle was from 5-15-12.
I don't think it's gone up any in price.

Trying to eat healthier and giving up drinking altogether.

What's the best way to liquidate beer stash? I've got a bunch of Bourbon County 2015, BBHV, BBHC, etc.

Not sure of exact inventory #s at the moment but I know there are several of the ones listed above...am I just going to have to eat the cost or is there a good market for these?
