trinity is hit and miss, hell I just had the most diacetyl beer I've ever tasted there last week or week before last, luckily it was just a free taster. Their good stuff like the cherry threads is typically overpriced 10 bucks or so a pour, and I don't think they bottled it either.

I have all 7 beers in the magical brettanomyces tour. Same base saison recipe aged in same barrels, but each with a unique Brett yeast. Curious to try them. I want to do them all in one sitting, so I may need to find another drinker! That's 2.6L

Doesn't seem to have many reviews online or a listing on their website, so I'm guessing it's not. Too bad, it was delicious.

I didn't think Atrial lived up to the hype. IMO, La Vie en Rose is the better of the two JK raspberry beers.
