Lol. Awesome. I would make it a point to have my wife pick up booze for me when she was pregnant. Or having her buy me a can of snuff at any time.

Looks like Equipoise is being released at JK this weekend... Farmhouse Table beer in 1.5 Liter bottles. Seems to be a Collab of sorts with the chef from Qui.

Interesting. The trade bait this will garner almost makes it worth trying to get. Shipping it would be a pain in the ass though.
I didn't have to chase any trucks or wait in any lines to get it, but clown shoes crasher in the rye is some delicious ****. LIke most of their barrel aged stuff. maybe they should limit distribution so its not so readily available and it would get a little more recognition. also grabbed another 15 funky jewbelation. I try to grab at least one a year just because it's something different. the 15 might be the best ive had of these

I'm taking the wife to Hawaii in June. Is there any beer there worth shipping back? Do they get any of the good Cali stuff since that's their closest trading partners?
I usually drink my weight in longboard, firerock & big wave at any chance out there. All the bottled stuff we get on the mainland are brewed on the east & west coasts.
I remember the pipeline porter being really good when I was at the brewery, though I haven't enjoyed the bottles I have received stateside as much.

As we were closing out (we had a very tired 4 year old on our hands), the waitress mentioned a rare bottle list for craft beer week and asked if I wanted to see it. I asked what was on it, and she said some rare Belgian sours. As my eyes lit up, my son decided to let the whole brewpub know that it was time to go...so I told the waitress I'd pass and left before the reality set in that I was an idiot for not rolling out by myself like I usually do on these adventures. Sigh...time for a few lava flows and Napa cabs!

Ballast Point putting out an Oktoberfest in April? Seems a little early.
Excited to see Longhorn got their approval. Can't wait for them to open up since and have a close brewery.

Just recently heard of them. Based on their Facebook posts they are going to have a huge new brewhouse. They must have some serious financial backing.
Holy crap! Yeah they have some serious backing to build that as their first brewery. Hope their beer doesn't suck unless they're just playing with Elon Musk type of fun money.
