It means the the bottle release could be anytime from 4-8 weeks from the day they bottle it. They let it condition in the bottle for a short period of time until it hits their desired quality before releasing it. I would expect it to be released at the end of July or early August. Hopefully there are more bottles this year, because with the low bottle count last year, it was absolutely insane.

There is not a to go sour every week unfortunately. I would follow their social media pages along with their main website blog to see when certain bottles are released. They usually don't announce a release until either Wednesday or Thursday of the release week. Most of the fruited sours nowadays don't last more than the first weekend they're available. They normally update their bottles to go list and tap list every Thursday as well so you can see what all is available.

I agree it's great trade bait but I also love that beer. About to crack open my Sherry Atrial in a few weeks.

Almost any weekend you head out there they will have a weekend release for sale to go. This weekend it's some crazy collaboration beer with kumquats. They are also releasing 4 Wicked Weed beers for the first time in Texas on Saturday so that will be a good day to go.

Right now they have several other sours to go including Oi Oi and Boxers Revenge which are two excellent sours that you can buy unlimited amounts of. Just because they aren't releasing a fruited sour doesn't mean I wouldn't make the trek.
