From what I can tell, they use a kombucha yeast culture instead of typical brewing yeasts to make beer. I still haven't tried the bottle I bought yet.

Also I'm doing Brew House training at Karbach today as I segue into my new sales role. Should be an interesting day of asking a million questions while making about 240-360BBL of Hopadillo! (Came in halfway into filling a 600BBL fermenter)

For one, I"m better than you, and I don't like your holier than thou attitude. But, Metallica's motivations definitely escape me, and many beer geeks will surely just seek and destroy these 12 packs, as they are clearly a thing that should not be.
