I'll be all over the Houston area initially as a brand ambassador, then ramp up to a full on sales rep territory (in a more particular area of town). For now I'm just gonna be going around showing much needed love to different accounts, pouring a lot of samples in stores, working events, entertaining accounts at the brewery/touring them, and pretty much whatever else till they feel like it's time for me to take on the full route.
Hub, your beer box should arrive today. I left the tracking # at home, but if it doesn't arrive I'll add it to the spreadsheet tonight.

anybody have any idea when the new world of beer opens at the towne lake boardwalk thing? wasn't able to find anything online. originally heard they were shooting for March but that's obviously come and gone. while not the best bar ever or anything, was kinda looking forward to a decent bar opening up in my area that's closer to me than baker street

Not as sweet as I thought it was going to be. A hoppy strong ale with added bitterness from some heavy espresso presence. Part of one of those Stone 4-packs in a gift from my brother.

I've been drinking the hell out of that professor black
so this is actually pretty good. much better than I expected. I tried the bacon chili jam once and it was ok, but not quite right. this one has quite a bit more heat that actually goes well with the sweetness of the raspberry/blackberry and maple. just a bit of smoke, definitely not overwhelming. one of the better of the "gimmicky" buffalo bayou offerings. I'll probably pick up a couple more. and now it's on to half growler of professor black.
