Seems all the regular BCBS infection reports are the October bottlings of the 14.3 version.

When does it come out?

The beer will be released by the glass on draught at Jester King on Friday, April 29th at 4pm. It will also be available on draught at various bars in Philadelphia during the CBC. Shortly followingCBC, bottles of Cloudfeeder will be released at Jester King.

my favorite part is they just "begged" their customers a couple months ago to pay for like 5K+ in licensing fees that they didn't have.

Just go to the N Shepherd Kroger. They have all the Cascades that have come out recently just sitting out and have had the Kriek for months. The Apricot will be there I'm sure and probably a couple bucks less than D&Q.

Also, if you ask for it I heard they have around a case of Pirate Bomb left in the back at that same Kroger.

Eventually a lot of the hundreds of new breweries that are popping up will start folding. I don't see how the market can support them without cannibalization.

no, it was there. They had two left. I just wasn't baller enough to buy one.

I've passed on a bottle of Utopias a couple of times as well. I just can't bring myself to drop $200 on a bottle when I think about how much excellent beer I could buy for that price (or a good bottle or two of single malt scotch, for example). If I ever get an opportunity to buy just a pour, though, I'll jump on it.

Not only can the market support more breweries now, but that market is still increasing daily, as more and more people are switching from macro lager to craft. Hell my uncle, a bud drinker of over 40 years, has started drinking local Louisiana beers the last year or two, and is pretty much done with bud.

It will be a long time before we are saturated. Think of how much BMC is out there; that is the theoretical limit.

If a brewery is closing, they are doing something very wrong. I rarely hear of closings. 1 has closed in Denver in the last like 10 years.

$200 isn't worth it IMO. Would rather spend that elsewhere.

Could get plenty of bombers at that price. 12-15 depending on price.

Could get 4 bottles of way more than adequate wine, or half a dozen bottles of damn fine wine.

Could also rather just pay for a couple of kegs and throw a party!

I'd buy one, mainly because my stepdad is a huge Sam Adams fan and has talked for ten years about wanting to try it.

Good point. All the talk of 11 under yesterday got me brainstorming saturation. I'm not sure where that point occurs.

BSD may have a better mind to talk with about this, I'm sure wine producers in California hit this mark in the past.

I'd imagine that the constraint on wine is access to good fruit and not a lack of customers.

Been curious about this. I went to Paso Robles last year and Dry Creek/RR this year and man, there's a LOT of wineries.
