My saison kick continues. A box arrived today with one of my big Wants.

Having a Destihl Here Gose Nothin, which is actually my first Gose. I like it a lot.

Been excited for that blackberry gose to come out. Sounds really tasty and interesting. Love all the new variations of the gose style people are starting to come out with.

Chimera used to be Zio Carlo's Brewpub. I have only been once. It is a cool location; the one beer I had was ok. They have bottles to go.

I haven't been to Collective Brew Project yet or had any of their beers.

I tried CBP's Petite Golden Sour at Meddlesome Moth recently and thought it was decent. Haven't tried anything else as I was visiting Dallas for the weekend.

Collective is a really cool spot. It's a very small brewery right now. They always have their sour and a couple other funky beers on tap. Plus, they will do crowlers of anything they have on tap, which is the only way to get their beer right now other than a few select places with kegs. I would recommend the Apes in Space; it's a session IPA brewed with peaches. Their porter I thought was really good as well, and everything they brew is very low ABV.


Also, I have a friend in OK, specifically Shawnee, for the week, and I was wondering if anyone had some good recommendations for bottle shops in OK that wouldn't be too far out of his way when he drives back down to Dallas (Probably OK City would be closest major city he'll drive through)? He's looking to get some Prairie mainly and then any other interesting beers he can't get in TX. Thanks in advance!

Had this sexy beer the other night. Spectacular. Prairie Bible Belt.

Not sure about all the expensive Prairie, but this one was definitely worth the $$.
