Experimenting with adding a couple teaspoons of Bourbon to some homebrews. I can see why Bourbon beers are so popular. I had a stout that I made last year that was pretty much undrinkable and with 2 tsp of Larceny and it was actually pretty good.

I think I'm going to try to actually age a coffee stout on some oak chips soaked in Larceny pretty soon.

Sadly it will be hard to get off premise. They only send bishops barrel releases to bars and restaurants. So you would have to find a place that only sells beer and wine and allows for people to buy bottles to go.

Hall's in Grapevine just put on Facebook that they have 4 packs of BCBS and bottles of Vanilla Rye today, along with 6'ers of Grapefruit Sculpin. I figured I would share since they open at 10 today and I imagine the Vanilla Rye will go fast at 1 per person. I am going to try to make it by and grab some if anyone is looking for some extras.
