A 5.5 BBA sounds like it is pretty watered down

IMO, Budweiser American Ale wasn't that bad...

Anderson Valley has Wild Turkey BBA stout that's less than 7% ABV. It was okay. I like BBA porters/stouts to be boozier, though. Not sure about this 5.5 business.

GABF week is in full swing in Fort Collins. Pulled in to Funkwerks a little after noon. I was the only car that had a Colorado plate. Had some Brandy Barrel Angels Share and Odell's Bourbon Barrel Stout with my Rueben at Choice City.

Looking forward to the first session tomorrow night.

Can't wait to get up there tomorrow! So excited.

wessimo, FBS started popping up in Austin yesterday. Should be in Houston in the next couple of weeks.

Specs downtown 10am monday.

What are the chances of getting FBS outside of Downtown Spec's in Houston? I live in Richmond (Spec's in Fulshear has a **** beer selection) and work at the Galleria (Spec's on Richmond at Sage also has a **** beer selection) but I am trying to find some Stone Enjoy by and a few others.

Just snagged some FBS at Specs on Brodie (Austin). 1 per a customer it seems.

From what I hear, FBS shouldn't be hard to find, but you never know with Houston. I think someone said 500 cases.

Kroger on Buffalo Speedway and Westpark should be close enough to you. You can find the Enjoy By right behind the self-checkout lanes in front of the beer section. Same thing with Pumking and Punkin Ale.

NCol, I saw that RRBC is pouring one of the base blends for T25. Did you make it for that one?

I didn't go to rrbc last night. Spent all my time sampling breweries that we don't get here.

I don't care too much about Three Floyd's at GABF, but those ****ers mailed it in. Their booth was closed 45 minutes into the festival. Pathetic considering 2012 GABF award winners were shut out of booth space this year.
