That said, I homebrew, so I understand that they are not a typical IPA variety. I've also said, several times on this thread that I can tell the difference in a good vs bad IPA and I try a bunch of them. I likely would have actually tried one by now, but the wife is the IPA drinker in our household, and she's 9 months pregnant. She hasn't been beer drinking with me since before Thanksgiving. Any place that will have a hazy IPA on draft will certainly have something I know I will like.

All that said, next time I'm out and one is available, I'll give it a go. Hopefully, I'll find something I didn't know I liked.

I will report back.

Here is a different one to try if you can find it. Sour IPA.

Picked up a 4 pack of this yesterday. Fantastic NEIPA. Cloudy, huge fruity nose, best new beer I've tried in a while.

I picked up their session IPA as well, will give that a try this evening.

I really enjoyed their brewery in Chicago. It's off the beaten path a bit but worth a stop.

Yeah, I'll definitely check it out. I've heard it's as good as any brewery taproom in the city.

It's also pretty close to some great restaurants (Fat Rice, Mi Tocaya, and Longman & Eagle), plus some of the best cocktail bars in the country (Whistler, Lost Lake, and Estereo).

I may have to head over there and make a day/night of it!

Nothing too crazy. BA Abraxas, a bunch of Trillium ipas, some mead, a few abnormal stouts and some sours. His friends aren't really into non blue mountain beers

We went a couple of years ago, but I think the largest brewery in the area is Parallel 49.They were pretty good and the brewery was pretty fun.

Alibi Room in Gas Town was our favorite restaurant/bar.

I usually love Hop Delusion, but this weekend I picked up a six pack with the Most Fun BS Date of 10/11/18. Are they using an 8 month from canning date for that statement, as this is a sorry ass malt bomb.

I would guess 4-6 mos.

Haven't gotten to try a fresh one in a long time, but those that have been sent to me were not great. Used to be my favorite but haven't had anything close to what I remember in quite a while.
