Anything bottled after a certain point has the new labels. Most (all?) of their beers are bottle conditioned before distribution, so a few of the old labels are still showing up I think. But with their pricing, I see them turding up the shelves for a while too, so I would say it's a mix.

I only buy them when I see them under $18 or so, and Kroger by my grandma's house in Cypress has had them for that recently. I thought they were just trying to clear them out at first, but then they had new ones come in at the same price.

And I would not recommend Cascade 2015 Strawberry to anyone, unless you enjoy drinking Band-aids.

What did you think about the Midnight Bramble? I thought it was pretty tasty and interesting, especially trying it for $3 on $3 Mondays at the Saucer.

I like it. Not sure I caught much ginger or thyme, but I guess subtle could be good with those. Still have half the bottle that I'll save for tomorrow, decided not to dome the whole thing.

Yeah same here. The ginger and thyme didn't really come through much for me either. Solo doming a Cascade bottle is a tough task as well.

They have some that are standard priced at $18-$22. They aren't all up in the $30+ range, just a few are (with that bourbonic up at like $42). That's what I've seen anyway. They have some around the $25-28 mark too, which, at this point, is standard pricing considering many breweries are doing 12oz or 375ml sours for ~$12.

Yeah, B52 has been turning out some good stuff and I'm anxious to see what the new guy adds to the group. Really thinking about grabbing the family and making a quick trip over this evening for the Twinkie DIPA.

This is the most excited I've been about a release but I'll be out of town. Hope to make it back Sunday night. Really anxious to see what the reception is.

Had a couple afternoon patio beers today. This one was comped by a New Belgium rep. It is called The Hemporer HPA. Brewed with hemp and it was a fun beer to try.



Our honey hole had a ton of haze and IPAs on draft today... also had a Southern Grist IPA called Contact Hive that was stellar.
