I drove by kern river brewing a few years back. Didn't stop in, I just wanted to continue driving and enjoy the scenery in the couple hours I had to kill before having to be at bakersfield airport.

I made a quick trip from Nashville to College Station for Frio's little girl's 1st b-day and was able to bring a shipper full of Bearded Iris and Southern Grist goodies for him and my family.
Made it back to Nashville with all this thanks to my sister and a stop at Kegs and Barrels in Plano before our flight yesterday.
One last call for work and then it's time to enjoy some snow day beers - stay warm everyone!

Raiding the beer closet for icepocalypse 2017.
Watching the basketball game and drinking this. Pretty good. Strong booze/rum on the nose. But not hot in taste. Another excellent Abyss by Deschutes.

I did drink it and it was great from what I remember. It's always cool to drink something home brewed.

Sometimes the West coast breweries go overboard on their NE style IPAs. This one from Moonraker is good, but not as balanced as Treehouse.
