My photography skills are very questionable tonight. The goal was to highlight the 16 and 17 BCBS on tap, while showing the smooth finish of some Pliny bottles afterwards. Maybe too many BCBS.
Very surprised that when I tried electric jellyfish for the first time recently, how really amazing it is. I never knew this great beer was in my town. Better than most of the ipa's I've have had recently. Wow.
Hey beer threaders. It's been a long time. After a couple years in Seattle I'm back in Texas student teaching history in Keller. The beer scene feels like it's totally exploded in the two years I was gone. There's a lot I still recognize but even more I don't. Excited to get back into this thread and figure out what I've missed.

Glad to be back. Haven't had a chance to grab anything really special yet, but I've been catching up on old favorites. Community Mosaic, Yellow Rose, Hans Pils, Zoe, Live Oak Hef, etc. Feels like home again.

Wife suggests we swing by B-52 on the way home in case they have any Raspberry Muse left. A few minutes later she returns with these beauties. Can't wait to try it.

Question, opened an M-43 and poured it and there was some goop that came out, was at the bottom of the can. Is this just yeast or what?

Finally enjoying tonight this "Black NE IPA" in which the low bitterness of both the hops and malt (relatively) make this one crushable hoppy dark ale. Not quite the juice bomb one is used to in a NE, but that was totally fine with me especially with snow on the ground outside.
