Headed to Indy this weekend. Any brewery or bar I need to check out?
Upland Brewing has a brewpub in Indy. I have never tried one of their beers but I have heard good things.
My brother and I went to the Indy 500 last year. We stayed out in Bloomington and enjoyed both Upland and Function Brewings tap rooms.

So... In theory I could roll up to JK this weekend and grab RU55, Ol Oi and Foudre...? That's like the holy trinity of non hyped JK beers.

Heading to Virginia and staying at Dulles next week. Anyone familiar with ocelot brewing? Apparently there's a work social there during the week. Any other suggestions on that side of town toward D.C.?

Skip the Boston Lagers and drink/pickup all the Trillium you can. Congress St, Fort Point, Vincinity, Sleeper St, Scaled Up, PM Dawn.....you name it.

They let you bring that on the plane? Nice. Did the wine bar let you leave the bar with it unopened? I didn't think you could take an open beer on to a plane. But I may be wrong about that.

I didn't ask permission. Airport wine bar advertised cold beer to go, so I took that as permission to drink it on the plane. The bottle stayed in the bag on the floor between pours. One attendant saw me with it and didn't say anything. Your mileage may vary.
I've done the same. Hey if they wanted me to buy their booze they should try carrying something other than miller lite blue moon and hot ass goose IPA.
Probably not flying United otherwise they'd throw your ass off the plane.
It was united. And the flight was oversold.
That fine blue plasticware looks like what United is using these days and SFO is a United hub. Just lucky the flight wasn't overbooked.
