I am a fan. I have had 3 bottles and draft at JK, and thought everyone was very good.

Have you had a similar style by JK that you did like? I thought Nobel King was a similar style; not as complex but a similar profile.

Roll in the Hay kegs are already showing up in the on-premise market and has been on tap at the brewery for a couple of weeks now. However, not all the barrels were quite ready, so the bottles will be delayed till November.

Why November?

September: Karbach 5th Anniversary 5xIPA (22oz only, apart from brewery-only kegs) and Krunkin Pumpkin cans
October: projected release of BBH Cherry (bottles/kegs)
November: FUN 014 bottles
December: FUN 015 Jack Daniels 3 Legged Lab ("Good Golly Miss Molly")

Btw, there should be a good deal more Karbachtoberfest this year after having run out way early last fall. Though I'm never mad to have Mother in Lager out.

Sorry for the delayed response. I haven't been on Texags much at all lately.

Unfortunately, I don't have a date on any of the BBH/FUN beers at the moment, as some new equipment going into production has pushed back everything by a week or two. The only things that are guaranteed to be releasing are Fresh Nugs (Cascade pale ale 5.9% w/Cascade and Citra DH-- draft only) this week, and next week Yule Shoot Your Eye Out should be hitting shelves.

We figure to have our new finishing cellar up and running any day now, and I may have actual dates after a sales meeting on Thursday. The reason we have to wait to bottle the BA beers is because we're going to be flash-pasteurizing those series from now on to defend them from infection as they age. Plus the new filtration cellar is higher quality/efficiency than before.

If anyone is going by the brewery soon, make sure to drive down Karbach street to see all the new land that's been razed for future expansion. They've cleared away a ton of space for the new warehouse and loading docks. You should see how 18-wheelers have to maneuver into the one we have now.

Also had a 2015 Pumpkinator and Rumpkin.

Drank a bunch of homebrew oktoberfest while handing out candy. Now, death by coconut.

Had a Mash & Vanilla at the brass tap the other night. Pretty good stuff from the Bruery. Going to pull the trigger and buy a couple of bottles this weekend.
